A FEW GOOD QUESTIONS

Glad
you asked.

What exactly is Plumb?

An AI on-call investigator in early development. Plumb is being built to group alerts, investigate your production systems with read-only access, and bring back the likely root cause with evidence.

Will it change anything in production?

No. Plumb's investigations are read-only. It won't restart services, roll back deployments, change configuration or write data. Your team decides how to fix an issue.

Which tools will it connect to?

We're starting with error tracking, cloud logs, deploy history and source code, with findings delivered where your team works. The connections shown here are planned; supported integrations will be confirmed before launch.

How is this different from a coding agent?

Plumb is focused on what happened in production: choosing the investigation scope, grouping related alerts, collecting evidence, and checking the next release. It's designed to complement the tools you use to write the fix.

When can I try it?

Plumb is in early development. Early access is coming soon. We're getting ready for the first teams; sign-ups aren't open yet.
